Novapac specialises in bespoke envelopes and packaging, tailored to each client’s requirements. Every item is made to order according to your specifications, preferred materials, colours, and finishes.

No. The Novapac website is an informational microsite designed to present our capabilities. To start a project, simply complete the quotation form on the relevant product page — you will then receive a personalised quotation from our team.

Each product category includes a dedicated form where you can enter your specifications. Alternatively, you can use the Contact page to send us a general enquiry or discuss your project directly with one of our specialists.

Each quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Yes. Prices may vary depending on the delivery location, logistics costs, raw material prices, or any changes in design, materials, or quantity.

Yes. If the project is delivered to different countries or addresses, production and transport costs may differ, resulting in separate quotations.

Yes. Larger quantities usually result in lower unit costs, and any volume discounts will be clearly reflected in your quotation.

As all products are bespoke, it is generally not possible to produce a single unit as a sample. However, depending on the project or product type, we may consult with the manufacturer to see whether a sample can be produced. Please note that this may involve additional costs. In most cases, a digital mock-up or printed proof can be provided for visual approval before production.

Due to industrial production processes, standard tolerances apply:

• Dimensions: ±5%
• Quantity: ±10% (higher or lower)

The final invoice will reflect the quantity delivered within these margins.

Once the quotation has been approved, any changes must be confirmed before production begins. After production has started, modifications are not possible. If you notify us immediately after production has commenced, we can consult the manufacturer to determine feasibility, though this may incur extra costs and affect lead times.

Yes. You will receive a digital proof (PDF) for review and written approval before manufacturing begins. Production will only start after your final confirmation.

Yes — we can reproduce Pantone (PMS) colours wherever technically possible. Please provide the exact colour code when submitting your artwork to ensure colour consistency across materials and finishes. If you are unsure which shade to use, we recommend consulting the Pantone Colour Finder for guidance.

We offer a wide range of premium finishes to enhance the look and feel of your packaging. These may include:

• Matte or gloss lamination
• Soft-touch coating
• Hot foil stamping
• Embossing or debossing
• Spot UV varnish
• Textured or recycled papers
• Coloured interiors or custom liners

Each finish can dramatically change the appearance and perception of your packaging. We recommend reviewing visual examples for reference before confirming your project.

Production will begin only after full payment has been received and the final artwork has been approved.

No. Delivery times vary depending on the product type, production process, and destination country. The estimated lead time will be clearly stated in your quotation.

No. As all products are made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind or aesthetic preference.

If the product does not match the agreed specifications (e.g. incorrect material, dimensions outside tolerance, or a manufacturing defect), you may submit a claim within 3 calendar days of receipt. Photographs or samples may be requested for verification.

Files should be supplied in vector PDF format, using CMYK or Pantone colours, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. We will provide technical templates for each product if required.

Yes. Our team can assist with preparing or adapting artwork files, making small adjustments to ensure the best printing results. We can also advise on finishes, colour accuracy, and layout to optimise the final product.
