Bespoke Packaging Made Simple: How Working with Novapac Works

Bespoke Packaging Made Simple: How Working with Novapac Works

Great packaging rarely starts with a box. It starts with a question: what should your customer feel when they pick it up?

At Novapac, our job is to help you answer that question, then turn the answer into packaging you can hold. As part of the Enveseur Group, we bring more than 25 years of packaging expertise and a global supplier network to every project. We make bespoke packaging across luxury rigid boxes, paper bags, postal packaging, tubes, influencer kits and product launch packaging.

Here is what working with us actually looks like, from first call to finished product.

Step 1: We start by listening

No two packaging projects are the same, so we don't start with a catalogue. We start with you: your product, your brand, your customers and what you need the packaging to do.

Some clients arrive with a detailed spec. Others arrive with a feeling, a mood board or simply "we need something that looks premium but posts well." Both are perfect starting points.

Our bespoke team will help you work through the big questions:

  • Format: rigid box, folding carton, mailing box or luxury bag?
  • Materials: what suits your product, your budget and your brand?
  • Sustainability: which lower-impact options are realistic for your project?

Want quick, no-pressure advice first? Book a 15-minute call with one of our packaging experts. Bring your ideas, your questions or your half-finished sketch.

Step 2: We search the world for the right maker

Most packaging suppliers have one factory and one way of doing things. We don't.

We work with trusted manufacturing partners around the world, backed by the Enveseur Group's own production and logistics network in Spain, Slovakia and the UK. That gives us reliable lead times and consistent quality, whether you're placing a first small order or rolling out at scale.

More importantly, it means you're never locked into a single production route. We can weigh up several options to find the right balance of quality, function, sustainability and cost for your project.

Step 3: You get a quote that shows its working

Many suppliers send a single price and hope it sticks. We work the other way round.

We compare production routes, materials and specifications across our network, then come back with genuine options. You see what each choice costs and why.

We'll walk you through everything that moves the price, including:

  • order quantity
  • materials and finishes
  • printing techniques
  • shipping and logistics
No surprises, no guesswork, just the information you need to decide with confidence.

Step 4: Approve with confidence, then we make it

Before anything goes into production, we make sure you know exactly what you're getting. Our team talks you through every material, colour and finish, drawing on years of experience with what works in print and in the hand, and shares mock-ups of your design so you can approve it with confidence.

If you'd also like to see and feel your packaging in person, physical samples are available as an optional extra at an additional cost. Some brands like them for a major launch or a new premium finish, but they're entirely your choice.

Once you've signed off, we manage production and delivery from start to finish, and keep you updated at every stage.

Clear communication, in your language

Packaging projects often involve several stakeholders, multiple markets and a lot of moving parts. Miscommunication is where delays and costly mistakes creep in.

With teams across Europe and a multilingual team supporting international customers, we keep everyone on the same page, wherever your business operates.

From first order to global roll-out

Many packaging suppliers only want high-volume work. We take a longer view.

We're proud to work with start-ups placing their first bespoke order and with established brands scaling their packaging internationally. As you grow, your needs change: new formats, premium finishes, stronger sustainability credentials, bigger volumes, more complex logistics.

We're here for every stage, helping your packaging strategy grow alongside your business.

Let's make something memorable

We don't just supply boxes. We help brands create unboxing moments customers remember, packaging that strengthens identity and supports growth.

Whether you need luxury retail packaging, e-commerce mailers, influencer kits or something no one has made before, our bespoke team is ready to help.

Book a 15-minute call with one of our packaging experts and let's start shaping your idea into packaging that performs, impresses and grows with you.
